Entering into the 2025 Season, I decided on four main goals: 1 – Play healthy 2 – Make more birdies 3 – Putt better 4 – Better inside 150 yards Based on the results of 2025, there is strong evidence that I completed AND exceeded these goals.
Struggling with chronicle back and elbow issues due to poor conditioning in golf, I had to completely reset. I discovered that the foundation of my entire golf swing and healthy play is building and maintaining my balance.
